Boys Bowling Splits This Week

Hamilton’s boys bowling team split matches this week with a victory over Talawanda and a loss against Oak Hills.

On Monday, January 20th, the boys of the Big Blue bowling team defeated Talawanda 2602 – 2382.  Senior Alex Deaton led the charge with his best series of the season shooting 200 & 267, while sophomore Tommy Brosius continued his consistency rolling games of 200 & 191. Hamilton had a 142 pin lead going into baker games and did not ease up averaging almost 192 pins per game in the bakers compared to Talawanda’s 172 pin average.  Hamilton travels to Brentwood Bowl on Thursday for the boys to take on Winton Woods.

The boys returned to the alley on Thursday, January 20th, the Hamilton Big Blue boys bowling team fell to Oak Hills 2690 – 2594.  The Big Blue was led by senior Alex Deaton with a team high series of 404 including a very nice game of 235.  Sophomore Ryan Rouse rolled games of 180 & 200, with fellow sophomore Tommy Brosius right behind with games of 180 & 197.  Senior Derrik Parr also added a fine game of 191.
