Last Friday and Saturday proved to be a memorable night for Big Blue’s Sophomore running back as Keyshawn Stephens etched his name in the Big Blue record books.
Stephens had a record breaking performance this weekend in a 36-31 loss to Anderson. Keyshawn broke the single game rushing record for yards in a game. Keyshawn ended the game with 33 carries for 293 yards. The previous record was of 267 yards was held by Derrick Wilkinson during the 2000 season.
For the night, Keyshawn also scored three rushing touchdowns for the Big Blue and added 3 catches for 27 yards.
