Swimming Conditioning Information

HHS Swimming Conditioning & Practice Information: 2017 – 2018

Practice Times:

4:30-6:00 pm Monday – Friday at Fitton YMCA (Washington Blvd.)

Please bring a swimsuit, cap, goggles, water bottle!

Practice is NOT an option. If you are serious about swimming this season, I expect you to be at every practice. You will need to work around your work and other activities schedules.

Dry Land Training:

Some practices will require us to be on dry land! For these practices, bring your workout gear! Workout clothes, sports bras, running shoes, water bottle, etc. Dry land training will always take place at the High School in the gym/weight room.
