Oak Hills Outlasts Big Blue Football

The Big Blue Football team traveled to Oak Hills on Friday night for conference play. While they started out hot and in control of the game, they slowly allowed the Highlanders back in the game behind a strong passing game. Things looked good early as Hamilton lead at the half 17 – 14 and started the second half by driving the length of the field for a TD only to have the Highlanders respond quickly with a TD of their own to make it 24 – 21. They took a 28 – 24 lead early in the 4th quarter. Hamilton battled to eventually make it 35 – 32 Oak Hills but that is as close as Big Blue got.
