Hamilton High School senior Christian Halcomb has been selected as a finalist for the 2016 U.S. Army-Pro Football Hall of Fame Award for Excellence.
As a finalist, Christian gets an all-expense-paid trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio for its annual enshrinement ceremony in August, along with the awards presentation by the U.S. Army.
While there, Halcomb will get to experience meet-and-greet sessions, a Hall of Fame luncheon, a legends of music concert featuring Tim McGraw and a preseason football game between the Green Bay Packers and Indianapolis Colts. Halcomb will be featured at the 50-yard line for the coin toss, and if he is the lucky winner, he will get to flip the coin.
Details are being planned for a ceremony at Hamilton High that will feature representatives from both the Pro Football Hall of Fame as well as the U.S. Army in which former Cincinnati Bengal and Pro Football Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz will be present to award Christian with his honor!
